Updated: This no longer works.

I was recently asked by one of my clients to delete all of their Twitter messages. I found this way of doing it. You will need Firefox to use this.

1. Download this program.

2. unzip where you want to. I chose my desktop so it was easy to find.

3. Open up the run command on your computer. and type this in. Obviously this would be changed for your computer, depending on where you saved your extracted files and where your Firefox is installed.

C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe -app C:\Users\replace-with-your-username\Desktop\BlackHole\application.ini

4. This will happen.

5. Type in your username and password. And then press “get my twits”

6. You will then see all your Tweets, select the ones you want to delete, and press “Delete Selected”

7. You are then done.

You can also just just select all and then press “Delete Selected”

Word of warning! You can do this 200 Tweets at a time. Spread this out over a couple of hours so as not to piss Twitter off.

I hope that helps.
