Update 11 Feb 2011 : I phoned Virgin Mobile South Africa Customer services and they say that they haven’t rolled out 3g, I have checked 5 clients that have Virgin phones and all of them are connecting via 3g. They might be testing, but I really hope that they don’t change back down to edge.
I am not sure if this is official, but my phone has 3g and 3.5g today when in the past on Virgin Mobile South Africa, it has only had edge.
