Google Chrome 11.
The new version of Google Chrome 11 has quite a few bug fixes and speech to text features. It also has a GPU accelerated 3d Css.

The speech to text support comes courtesy of the HTML5 speech input API. The user who visits the page will be able to click an icon and speak into their computer’s microphone and Google Chrome 11 will transcribe the speech into text.

This does look like Google Chrome is moving a lot faster then the other browsers. I really think that this bodes well for the Google Chrome OS, this means that it really getting there.
